Recently, we’ve been having the conversation about AI a lot and sharing some perspectives as well as talking about some software companies we’ve enjoyed using; including a conversation with the CEO of ChatGPT. Although these businesses are all incredibly well-funded and resourced, we have found that what happens in larger businesses tends to have a trickle-down effect, and smaller businesses will mirror their patterns.
